Can I reserve an item?

Items are sold on a first-paid basis. Reservations are not guaranteed unless payment has been completed.

Are your pieces authentic?

Yes. All pieces are made with genuine, natural crystals carefully selected for their quality and appearance. Each item is unique and may include natural inclusions, small scratches, or variations.

Will I receive the exact piece shown?

Yes. Each listing is for one unique piece. You will receive the exact item in the photos/videos.

What materials are used?

All pieces come with stainless steel hardware and chain, which are durable and generally hypoallergenic.

Each order also includes a complimentary cord necklace.

Do you offer certificates of authenticity?

We do not provide certificates. Certificates issued by sellers themselves are not reliable, and third-party certification would significantly increase costs. You are welcome to have your piece verified independently if you wish.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

How long does delivery take?

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 days
  • Provincial areas: 3–7 days

Which courier do you use?

We ship via J&T Express and Flash Express.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Antipolo City, Rizal.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we currently ship within the Philippines only.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns only if the item is unopened and in its original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or altered.

How do I request a return?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order through the contact form or chat.

Return conditions:

  • Item must be unopened and unused
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and booking the courier

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
